Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Autism Therapist to join our team. As an Autism Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism, aged 18 months to school age.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
- Deliver ABA therapy sessions, utilizing your expertise to promote learning and development in children.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and progress tracking.
- Document and track each child's development, contributing to their customized therapy programs.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, or a related field).
- Experience working with children with autism and ABA therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (preferred).
- Competitive salary range: $18-$20 per hour.
