We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at Kentucky Orthopedic Rehab Team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and support the development of essential life skills in children with ASD.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavioral interventions and support the development of essential life skills in children with ASD.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct care to children with ASD, including behavioral interventions and support with daily living skills.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records of client treatment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Pediatric experience preferred.
  • Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification preferred or to be completed upon hire.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Pediatric Behavioral Tech Experience.
  • Bachelors Degree in Psychology or Behavioral Analysis.
