Key Responsibilities
- Deliver critical, life-saving interventions in a Level 1 Trauma Center.
- Engage in innovative care models that emphasize early intervention and comprehensive post-acute care.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to enhance patient care from initial assessment through to discharge.
- Contribute to the development and education of an Emergency Medicine Residency Program with a rich history of excellence.
- Utilize state-of-the-art medical transport services, including advanced helicopters and critical care ground vehicles.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary starting at $370,000+, commensurate with experience.
- Generous recruitment loan of up to $150,000 available over five years.
- Relocation assistance of up to $7,500 to facilitate a smooth transition.
- Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $4,500.
- Comprehensive benefits package including exceptional malpractice coverage, health, dental, life insurance, and retirement contributions.
