At KA Recruiting Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microbiologist Specialist to join our team in the beautiful state of New Hampshire.

This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to over $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus potential relocation assistance and sign-on bonus.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have a strong background in microbiology and laboratory procedures. They will be responsible for independently performing specialized procedures, training and teaching laboratory personnel, and contributing to the continuing education program.

  • Independently perform specialized procedures unique to the laboratory discipline.
  • Train and teach laboratory personnel and others.
  • Contribute to the continuing education program.
  • Observe, verify, and check documentation of less experienced lab personnel.
  • Act as lead in absence of supervisor/manager, prepare schedule or draft procedures.
  • Perform special projects as assigned.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • ASCP certification (or eligibility/equivalent certification).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or Associate Degree in Science.
  • Experience is highly preferred.
