Responsibilities

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Fulfilling customer service requests in a timely and efficient manner

• Conducting daily rounds to check mechanical equipment, recreational facilities, and other functional or safety concerns

• Performing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and heating system repairs

• Preparing and turning over vacant units and suites

• Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of interior and exterior property spaces

• Responding to after-hours calls and emergencies as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• HVAC certification

• A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance

• Excellent diagnostic skills and attention to detail

• Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and residents

Work Environment
