Job Summary

This position is specifically for a 3rd shift auditor at the Spokane Club Inc.

As a key member of our team, you will provide excellent customer service to all members and guests, representing the Club with professionalism.

You will be responsible for registering hotel guests, rendering bills, receiving cash and credits payments, handling phone calls, and processing incoming and outgoing mail.

This is a high visibility position that interacts daily with members, guests, employees, vendors, and various representatives from the community.

You will be expected to maintain a positive attitude and make a real commitment to competence, job knowledge, pride, professional appearance, courtesy, initiative, and excellence in customer service.

You will address issues with an attitude of cooperation and resolve problems professionally.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet everyone entering the Spokane Club in a professional, friendly manner, with a high level of customer service, and assist them with their requests
  • Professionally administer incoming calls using proper telephone etiquette and redirecting when appropriate
  • Use club software to create and manage hotel reservations
  • Comply with special requests whenever possible
  • Stay informed about Club-related information and communicate it professionally and enthusiastically
  • Thoroughly understand and follow proper credit, cash-checking, and cash handling policies and procedures
  • Understand and monitor room status information, including room locations, type of rooms available, and room rates
  • Coordinate room status update by notifying housekeeping of all check-outs, late check-outs, early-ins, special requests, etc.
  • Manage room keys and follow security control procedures
  • Operate Front Office equipment, such as ID card creator, mail machine, fax, copier, parking gates, etc.
  • Process member/guest check-ins and check-out
  • Process mail, packages, and messages
  • Coordinate guestroom maintenance work with engineering
  • Report unusual occurrences or requests to the Hotel Operations Manager
  • Know and follow all safety, security, accident prevention, and emergency policies and procedures
  • Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk, lobby, and coat check areas
  • Act as bell person/concierge when necessary
  • Other duties as assigned
Benefits

Full-time employees will also accrue vacation based on hours work to a maximum of ten days per year and six paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
