Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Leader to join our team at Workbox Staffing. As a Line Leader, you will be responsible for driving daily throughput, maintaining inventory, and ensuring quality and production goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of production staff to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure adequate stock on hand and meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with production staff to provide guidance and support to ensure quality and production goals are achieved.
  • Conduct hourly checks on work cells to ensure quality and production goals are achieved.
  • Prepare and report shift and daily production totals.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in solving problems and issues that arise on the production floor.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Line Leader or in a similar role.
  • Ability to lead, coach, problem-solve, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
  • Ability to work shifts on a continuous seven-day work cycle.
