Supervisor - Permanency Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Supervisor to join our Permanency team at TFI Family Services, Inc.
As a Supervisor, you will oversee case managers and support workers who work with children and families to ensure they receive the necessary supports and services to thrive.
Responsibilities- Oversee case managers and support workers to ensure they are providing high-quality services to children and families
- Work with court systems and case managers to ensure families receive the necessary supports and services
- Supervise and support staff to build on their strengths and develop their skills
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families
We are looking for someone with a strong background in social work or a comparable human service field, with a passion for helping others and a desire to make a difference in the lives of children and families.
Key qualifications include:
- Advanced degree in social work or a comparable human service field
- Or, a bachelor's degree in social work or a comparable human service field and four years' experience in direct service or case management
- BSRB licensure
