Supervisor - Permanency Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Supervisor to join our Permanency team at TFI Family Services, Inc.
As a Supervisor, you will oversee a team of case managers and support workers who work with children and families to ensure they receive the necessary supports and services to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of case managers and support workers
- Collaborate with court systems and case managers to develop and implement effective case plans
- Provide guidance and support to staff to help them build strong relationships with families and children
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
- An advanced degree in social work or a comparable human service field
- OR a bachelor's degree in social work or a comparable human service field and four years' experience in direct service or case management
- BSRB licensure
- Excellent managerial and communication skills
- A passion for working with children and families
