About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to foster effective collaboration and communication.
  • You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program or equivalent.
  2. 5-10 years of experience in transportation design and project management, preferably with Public Works and Caltrans.
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  4. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation V8i, and other relevant software.
  6. Valid California Driver's License required; PE license in California preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The estimated annual salary range for this position is $98,000 - $145,000, depending on skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
  • We offer competitive salaries, end-of-year bonuses, profit sharing, and a 401(k) plan.
  • BKF pays 100% of medical, dental, and vision coverage premiums and 50% for dependents.
  • 14 days of paid vacation time, 6 paid sick days, and 8 paid Holidays to start.
