Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Commissioning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of electrical systems on our modular green ammonia systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Instrument Configuration: Configure, troubleshoot, and integrate various instrumentation devices, including sensors, valves, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and thermocouples with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
  • IO Checkout Procedures: Improve and execute IO checkout procedures to streamline processes and ensure reliability.
  • Pre-Commissioning Procedures: Refine and improve pre-commissioning procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Electrical Panel Drawings: Maintain and enhance Talus electrical panel drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Factory Acceptance Testing: Support Factory Acceptance Testing as needed.
  • Maintenance Support: Provide maintenance support as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong Technical Skills: Proficient in instrument configuration, electrical panel expertise, electrical circuit knowledge, industrial automation protocols, and MS Office Suite.
  • Travel Requirements: Comfortable with extensive travel, including driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • HMI/SCADA Software: Experienced in working with Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software.
  • Industrial Process Experience: Experience working in an industrial process plant or similar setting.
  • PLC Programming: Basic programming skills with any PLC.
  • Electrical CAD Software: Familiarity with electrical CAD software such as AutoCAD or EPLAN.
  • UL Standards: Basic understanding of UL standards and components.
