  • Collaborate with other law enforcement agencies, sharing intelligence and best practices to enhance public safety.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest training and technology, ensuring proficiency in the use of firearms, vehicles, and other equipment.

  • Perform other duties as assigned, including desk work, telecommunications, and special events.
Requirements
  • Certified Law Enforcement Officer with the ability to obtain Arkansas certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 12 hours of college coursework or a degree in a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background investigation, including a polygraph test.
  • Physical stamina to perform the demands of the job, including standing, walking, running, and lifting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
