Job Description

At Affinius Capital, we are seeking a highly skilled Investment Reporting and Analytics Manager to join our team. This role will play a critical part in synthesizing and interpreting the performance of our investment programs and underlying investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting: Oversee all investment return calculations, document processes, and maintain data structures.
  • Track Records: Build track records for marketing decks and due diligence questionnaires, and report investment level returns for supplemental and consultant requests.
  • Analytics: Develop analytic tools to help the business understand performance drivers and provide quarterly analysis to Fund Teams.
  • Integration: Facilitate the integration of investment level returns across the platform and integrate cash flows and returns into a single-stack reporting/analytics platform.
  • Industry: Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices, and be the subject matter expert on NCREIF/PREA reporting standards.
  • Member of Performance Oversight Committee: Provide oversight for the Firm's adherence to the SEC Marketing and Private Fund rules.
  • Project: Oversee the implementation and automation of all investment level returns within Yardi and handle the integration into the data warehouse.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of performance reporting or relevant quantitative experience.
  • Fundamental understanding of performing recurring performance measure calculations and interpreting results.
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets, business cycles, and monetary policies.
  • Ability to work on-site five days a week, with flexibility for remote work as-needed.
