About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Rental Sales Agent to join our team at Avis Budget Group. As a Rental Sales Agent, you will be responsible for renting our cars and promoting our products and services at our airport rental counters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process contracts and listen to customer needs to identify opportunities to upsell our offerings and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our customers.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective verbal communication skills and basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
  • A professional and engaging personality, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts and be available to work on-site.
  • The ability to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods.
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
