Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and effective solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with customers, and develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product offerings, features, and benefits to provide accurate and informed sales support to customers.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and vendors through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Electrical Materials Experience: Previous experience in the electrical materials industry is preferred.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet programs.
