Key Responsibilities:
  1. Comprehend RF functional and performance requirements and effectively decompose them for application to Phased Array Antennas and Modems designed for half-duplex communications.
  2. Facilitate and support working group meetings with the customer and the engineering team responsible for the flight-side radio.
  3. Collaborate with the L3Harris engineering team to analyze requirements, identify potential gaps, and propose solutions.
  4. Perform analysis of RF information to verify antenna performance against design specifications.
  5. Develop Verification Plans for RF-specific system-level requirements.
  6. Execute Verification of RF systems to ensure compliance with all technical and performance criteria.
  7. Work with technical team to identify, mitigate and close program risks.
  8. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in a technical information environment; interact, anticipate, and respond to customer needs.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience.
  2. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
  3. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
  2. Active security clearance.
  3. Extensive experience in large ground system RF terminal development.
  4. Strong analytical skills and experience with RF systems verification.
