Job Description:

Duties:
  • Answer and screen calls; greet and assist visitors.

  • Handle incoming mail and deliveries; maintain office supply inventory.
  • Provide administrative support to the principal, including meeting prep and travel arrangements.

  • Support financial operations by making credit card entries in QuickBooks Online.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of office management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; QuickBooks Online experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Valid driver's license; comfortable handling errands and driving as needed.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,600-$48,000, based on a 20-25 hour work week. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) with employer matching.
