Job Summary

The Spa & Salon Housekeeping Attendant position at The Bay Club Company is a vital role in delivering exceptional member experiences. As a key team member, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our Spa areas, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring a positive and professional attitude throughout your interactions with members and guests.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and preventive maintenance of Spa areas, including restocking towel shelves, emptying and wiping down trash cans, disinfecting and cleaning toilets and showers, and vacuuming carpets.
  • Restock vanity supplies and replenish inventory and janitorial products to ensure a seamless experience for our members.
  • Create a clean, safe work environment that meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members and guests warmly, anticipating their needs, and responding promptly to their requests.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth operation of the department.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of housekeeping or janitorial experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret general training manuals, professional journals, or technical procedures.
  • Excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution skills to handle a variety of situations effectively.
  • Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player with a self-motivated attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
