Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Telemetry

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 5N Medical Telemetry Unit at ChristianaCare. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have at least one year of medical surgical experience as an RN and will be responsible for managing 5 medical patients per shift. You will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering care that supports adult patients facing acute illnesses.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey.
  • At least one year of medical surgical experience as an RN.
  • Ability to work night shifts, including holidays and weekends.
