Responsibilities- Perform delegated management duties assigned by Respiratory Manager/Director, consistent with your scope of practice and competence.
- Implement cost-effective strategies in staffing and supply management decisions.
- Participate in interviewing, monitoring, coaching, evaluating, and disciplining processes.
- Support the mission, vision, values, goals, and objectives of Health One/HCA organizations.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist required, with NBRC-RRT credential.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS through AHA or ARC required.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program Required.
- Neonatal Pediatric Specialist preferred; Adult Critical Care Specialist preferred.
- Graduate of AMA accredited Respiratory Therapist program.
- 3 years Respiratory Therapist experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication to communicate clearly and concisely with staff, employees, patients, public, and physicians.
- Knowledge of respiratory principles and procedures.
