• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service and efficient operations
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

• 1 year of coffee shop experience preferred
• Serv-Safe Certification preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
