Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Senior Recruiter to drive our talent acquisition strategy forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all levels. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute cutting-edge recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with department managers to craft precise job descriptions that set the stage for finding the perfect fit.
- Stay ahead of the curve by utilizing industry-standard recruiting methods that align with our company's unique needs.
- Drive our recruitment campaigns, posting, advertising, and bringing in the best of the best.
- Take charge of the interview process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Be the expert during the offer process, negotiating salaries and finalizing start dates.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, participating in exciting college job fairs and recruiting events.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect with people.
- Sharp negotiation skills to secure the best talent.
- A knack for creating effective sourcing strategies that fill positions at all levels.
- A proactive, independent approach to ensure you're always ahead of deadlines.
- Solid knowledge of hiring laws, regulations, and best practices, with a quick grasp of applicant-tracking software and other recruitment systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
