Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with children and families to provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions. You will also participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to children and families
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with other professionals
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and provide updates on client progress
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Master's degree in mental health-related field
  • Current Texas State License (LPC, LCSW)
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices utilized in clinical interventions
  • Experience working with children and families
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
