About the Role

This position involves working closely with internal departments to achieve organizational goals and providing support to clients. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, documenting client interactions, and compiling documents when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone or email correspondence
  • Document client interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and resolve client issues
  • Maintain accurate records and compile documents as needed

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you're a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you
