Position Available: Lawn Care Maintenance Specialist in Westerville, OH. We are looking for an individual who is skilled in identifying and addressing various turf, weed, and shrub challenges to enhance our clients' properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service orientation, an understanding of eco-friendly lawn care practices, and a desire to grow their expertise in the field.
Compensation: This role offers an annual salary ranging from $37,440 to $52,000, inclusive of average monthly bonuses and quarterly team incentives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally communicating with clients regarding their lawn care services.
- Provide recommendations for ongoing improvements to clients' lawn care needs.
- Diagnose and resolve both common and complex lawn care issues, actively participating in the implementation of solutions.
- Utilize environmentally responsible lawn care products while adhering to application guidelines.
- Operate a company vehicle along a designated route.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the company vehicle, including submitting requests for routine maintenance.
- Employ technology (smartphone, tablet, etc.) to navigate routes, manage orders, and document job details.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or golf course maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with fertilizers, insecticides, and fungicides is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays as needed to achieve production targets.
