About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will work directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing support and assistance with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • No experience required; training provided
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
