Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new homes to customers, working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in commissioned sales and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities and Expectations
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance

Requirements
- Active State RE License required (if applicable)
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with proven success in commissioned sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
