Home Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Community Sales Manager to join our team at Ashton Woods, a leading private home builder in the United States. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Job DescriptionThe Community Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, initiating and expediting the home buying process, and achieving company-established sales goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the home building process, and the ability to stay up-to-date on all community information.
Main Responsibilities- Achieve and exceed company-established sales goals
- Understand and effectively communicate all product offerings, building process, financing plans, and mortgage process to guide prospects and buyers
- Prepare accurate reports, including competition reports, sales and traffic reports, and maintain a good line of communication with all potential homebuyers, employees, and vendors
- Track and follow each homebuyer, ensuring their needs are met throughout the sales process
- Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing from an accredited college or university
- Valid driver's license and insurance required for business travel
- Active real estate license within 3 months of start date
- 1-5 years of sales experience
- Ability to work weekends
- An estimated annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000
