Medical Director for Primary Care Opportunity in North Carolina

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Medical Director to lead our primary care team in North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.
About the RoleAs a Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our primary care clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional service. Your leadership skills and clinical expertise will drive the success of our team and contribute to the growth of our organization.
Responsibilities- Oversee the management of our primary care clinic, including staff supervision and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services and maximize efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain our competitive edge
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A medical degree (MD or DO) and board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position, preferably in a primary care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving desired outcomes
We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
