Pediatrician Opportunity in North Central North Carolina

We are seeking a skilled Pediatrician to join our team in the North Central region of North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for both new and experienced providers to excel in their career.
**Compensation Package:**
The compensation package includes a base salary of $250,000 plus the potential to earn up to $280,000 through WRVU incentives. Additionally, you will receive a sign-on bonus of $50,000, relocation assistance of $25,000, and a residency stipend of $25,000. You will also be entitled to a daily call rate of $300.

**Job Description:**
This is an outpatient-focused role with some rounding in the morning. The ideal candidate will have a 4-day workweek, with a 1:4 call schedule. As a pediatrician with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
**Requirements:**
To be considered for this position, you must be a board-certified or eligible physician with a BE/BC in Pediatrics. New graduates and experienced providers are welcome to apply. We require that you are licensed or willing to acquire a license in the state of North Carolina.
