Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of caring nursing professionals. As a Registered Nurse at Pleasant View Healthcare Center, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and services to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and technologies.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Maryland.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing rehabilitation center or long-term care center.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
