About the Role

YesCare is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Behavioral Health Professional to join our team. As a key member of our correctional healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral health services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform individual and group therapeutic interventions as appropriate.
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and mental health intake evaluations as indicated.
  • Perform risk assessment and intervention, providing crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
  • Support and/or direct care coordination efforts for patients returning to the community requiring ongoing behavioral health services.
  • Initiate, complete, and maintain patient treatment plans.
  • Participate in team meetings and assist in planning and implementing the goals and objectives of programs and projects.
  • Provide the necessary preparation of documentation, necessary records and reports.
  • Follow standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
