Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Life Enrichment Director in developing and implementing life enrichment programs
  • Help plan and lead activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless delivery of services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our residents and their families

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience working with older adults preferred
  • Ability to interact effectively and compassionately with senior living residents and their families
  • Strong communication and social skills, with the ability to lead activities and engage with residents
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a therapy or recreation role, or with memory loss care
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on gerontology or a related field
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
