As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Physical Therapists, including scheduling appointments, preparing charts, and managing insurance requirements.
  • Greet patients warmly, explain financial obligations, collect co-payments, and ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, such as Clinicient and Allscripts, to efficiently manage patient information.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Assist with the preparation of treatment areas, including managing supplies and ensuring proper sterilization techniques.
  • Collaborate effectively with the therapy team to ensure seamless patient flow and timely completion of treatment sessions.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and empathy in all interactions.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Proficiency with EMR systems is a plus.
