Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to Physical Therapists in conducting therapy sessions and maintaining clinic flow.
  • Responsible for timely start of therapy sessions, patient check-in, and explaining financial obligations to patients.
  • Perform scheduling of appointments, chart preparation, and basic insurance requirements.
  • Use Electronic Medical Records, Clinicient, and Allscripts software.
  • Maintain patient safety, confidentiality, and empathy to provide excellent customer service.
  • Responsible for supply management, folding of linens, and cleaning and packaging of sterile instruments.
  • Ensure compliance and safety in a clean and safe work environment.
  • Ability to take initiative, follow verbal instructions, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Administer modalities per therapist guidance and instructions.
