Dietitian Position

Carespring is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at our state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional resident care through clinical nutrition management and individualized food service.

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and update patient care plans to ensure optimal nutrition care.
• Maintain a working knowledge of the Medicare PDPM system to ensure accurate patient needs capture.
• Document patient information in our electronic medical record system and utilize meal planning software to ensure proper patient meal needs.
• Collaborate with the facility chef and dietary department to promote optimal food service operations.
• Participate in meal services, monitor resident meal intake, and assist with food service inservice training as needed.
• Work with the facility to maintain dietary cost control by balancing nutritional care with supplement usage.
• Communicate nutrition recommendations, weight changes, and other areas of concern to physicians, patients, and families.

• Licensure in the state of practice.
• Detail-oriented individual with excellent time management skills and reliable attendance.
