Dietitian Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our team at Sycamorespring Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Miamisburg, OH.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical nutrition management, ensuring the best possible resident care through effective meal planning and nutrition services.

• Perform clinical assessments and update patient care plans
• Maintain a working knowledge of the Medicare PDPM system
• Document information in the facility electronic medical record (PointClickCare)
• Collaborate with the chef and dietary department to promote optimal food service
• Attend meal services to help solve meal service issues
• Complete meal rounds to effectively monitor resident intake
• Assist with food service inservice training as needed
• Help maintain dietary cost control by balancing nutritional care with supplement usage

• A current Dietitian License in good standing for the state of Ohio
• Effective time management skills
• Reliable attendance
• The ability to function independently while building rapport with other disciplines
