Position Overview:
The Project Manager will serve as the primary contact for commercial projects from initiation to completion. This role is crucial for ensuring client satisfaction and managing various aspects of project execution across multiple locations. The individual will represent the company to clients and contractors, playing a vital role in project success and offering significant growth potential. Travel to project sites will be required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, focusing on safety, quality, budget, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to launch and plan projects effectively.
  • Manage multiple projects with diverse team structures, including self-perform and subcontractor partnerships.
  • Maintain client relations, manage correspondence, and respond to inquiries.
  • Mentor and develop junior project management staff through hands-on training.
  • Ensure timely and efficient project closeout.
  • Facilitate daily communication with design, manufacturing, and construction teams.
  • Coordinate with departments such as shipping and logistics.
  • Handle project financials and change management processes.
  • Communicate effectively with client project management teams.
  • Assist jobsite teams in planning logistics for installations and deliveries.
  • Manage site facilities and associated costs efficiently.
  • Document and share lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and local authorities.

Required Skills and Knowledge:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams, with a quick learning ability for new technologies.
  • Skilled in creating and maintaining project schedules.
  • Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept at reading and interpreting construction documents and identifying discrepancies.
  • General understanding of construction methods across various trades.
  • Ability to identify and implement process enhancements for ongoing and future projects.
