About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at Electra Link Inc. In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to project teams within the construction industry, working closely with Project Managers and Estimators to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project documentation, including setup, maintenance, and closeout.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping on all projects.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to receive updates on project progress.
  • Process invoices and make payments as required.
  • Support various departments with project-related tasks.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Estimators to track change orders and submittals.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe or Bluebeam.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • High school diploma or GED with eligibility to work in the US.
  • Minimum of two years of project administrative experience in construction.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year based on location and experience.
