Job Title: DMV Title Registration Clerk

Job Summary:

The DMV Title Registration Clerk is responsible for managing vehicle documentation, including tax and title information, registrations, and other legal transfer documents. This role requires excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vehicle documentation, including tax and title information, registrations, and other legal transfer documents.
  • Help with vehicle inventory control and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage contractual documentation with financial institutions.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports and reconcile schedules weekly.
  • Build relationships and communicate with dealership personnel.
  • Process title work with CVR or DMV in a timely manner.
  • Observe all Federal, Local, and Company policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations in the performance of duties.
  • Process all dealer trade worksheets necessary for transferring units to related parties/other dealers.
  • Provide administrative assistance as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • CVR Certified.
  • Dealership and Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred.
  • Excellent telephone skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor.
  • Professional and dependable.
  • Computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Available Monday - Friday 5-8 and Saturdays 9-5.
