Job Title: Home Infusion Nurse

InfuCare Rx Inc, a national Specialty Infusion Company, is seeking a skilled Home Infusion Nurse to join our patient-centric pharmacy team. As a leader in the Specialty and Home Infusion space, we offer a unique opportunity for career growth and development.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Home Infusion Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support our team in delivering innovative, progressive care to patients with complex conditions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent nursing skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team to achieve positive client care outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients with complex conditions
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor patient's condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes
  • Ensure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
Requirements:
  • Current and unrestricted RN license
  • 3 years' experience as an RN preferred, ideally with some home care experience
  • A Bachelor of Science in nursing, an associate degree in nursing, or have graduated from an accredited and approved nursing program
  • Current CPR
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the US
  • Successfully pass annual competency checks
  • Clean background and criminal record and must pass drug test
Physical Demands:

Required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear; required to use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment; must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs; specific vision requirements for this job include: close, distance and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position without compromising patient care.
