Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Dentistry of the Carolinas. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our clinical staff.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience. A competitive benefits package is also included with the offer of employment.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent patient care and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Scheduling: Manage patient appointments, maintain accurate schedules, and ensure timely follow-up communications.
  • Patient Communication: Effectively communicate treatment plans, insurance information, and financial details to patients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process payments, verify insurance coverage, and handle other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of dental office experience, preferably in a front desk or administrative role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
