Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary contact for the Maintenance Team during shifts, swiftly addressing equipment issues and relaying technical updates to management.
• Adheres to safety protocols and GMPs while managing controls instrumentation, including calibration and integration of devices like valves and transmitters.
• Utilizes troubleshooting expertise across various systems (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC) to support production and maintain plant operations.
• Oversees PLCs, HMIs, and instrumentation, contributing to plant projects and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conducts root-cause analyses, maintains control systems, supports audits, and performs preventative maintenance, ensuring smooth product transitions and equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent
• Experience in Programmable logic controllers (PLC)
• Industrial Maintenance Experience preferably in an automated environment
