The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing up patterns on Wafer probe and on Final Test, working closely with Product and Test teams. A strong understanding of digital design concepts, including scan architectures, JTAG, memory BIST, ATPG, and simulation debug with timing/SDF is essential.

Job Description:

The Advanced Test Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing test architectures, including scan insertion, JTAG, and ATPG DRC. A strong understanding of Verilog/VHDL RTL coding and debugging techniques is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Bringing up patterns on Wafer probe and on Final Test, working closely with Product and Test teams.
  • Designing and implementing test architectures, including scan insertion, JTAG, and ATPG DRC.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in DFT implementation and verification.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high-quality deliverables.
  • Good communicator and collaborator with excellent problem-solving skills.
Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year
