Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to join our team at 1872 Consulting. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex service-oriented systems, collaborating with software architects, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate, design, and develop software components, applications, and services, ensuring timely delivery and prompt issue resolution.
  • Assist in the design of software components, applications, and services, and work with staff to develop code that adheres to written specifications.
  • Participate in peer reviews of code design and written code, and document new/modified code, develop unit and integration tests to verify changes.
  • Analyze existing software to debug and troubleshoot field issues, and participate in process improvement initiatives.
  • Encourage technical development of other engineers through training and mentorship.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience with .NET development.
  • Advanced understanding and utilization of C++, C#, and/or Python.
  • Experience with the full product development lifecycle from inception to release.

Nice to Have
  • Casino gaming development experience.
