Community Development Coordinator Job Description

Rockfort Management is seeking a detail-oriented Community Development Coordinator to support our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations and handling escalations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce systems to implement and enforce policies and goals set by the board of directors.
  • Coordinate daily operations and handle escalations as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Solicit bids from contractors and vendors.
  • Prepare bid comparisons for decision makers.
  • Create and maintain records of projects.
  • Attend staff meetings and provide updates.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a property manager.
  • Prior experience in property management with a community of over 200 residents.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Building Link, CRM systems, Power BI, and Business Central preferred.

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
