Key Responsibilities:
Lead the integration and assembly of rocket propulsion components, ensuring meticulous execution throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to devise and execute manufacturing strategies that uphold the highest quality benchmarks. Establish and refine manufacturing processes and protocols, consistently pursuing enhancements and efficiencies. Conduct comprehensive inspections and evaluations to guarantee adherence to specifications and standards. Identify and resolve challenges that may surface during the manufacturing process, implementing necessary corrective actions. Provide expert guidance and support to manufacturing personnel, ensuring effective and safe operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. A minimum of 3 years of experience in rocket propulsion integration and assembly manufacturing. Demonstrated success in implementing manufacturing processes and protocols in a dynamic environment. Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality assurance. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying root causes of issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with teams across various departments.
Ability to build trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusivity. Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Compensation range for applicants is competitive and varies by location. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
