We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant (MA) to enhance our esteemed group of mental health specialists. At Mid Cities Psychiatry, we foster a structured atmosphere where collaboration among team members is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately schedule appointments for new and returning patients.
  • Work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications:

  • Communicate with patients and colleagues accurately using available tools

Job Requirements:
  • Experience with prior authorization, pre-certification, and medication refills
  • Proficient in updating patient medical records, managing patient charts, and tracking medications, dosages, and side effects
  • Knowledge of coding and completing insurance documentation
