Job Title: Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist - Fort Worth Area

About Us:

At Any Lab Test Now, we are committed to empowering individuals to take control of their health by providing convenient and affordable lab services. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Medical Assistant to float between our four Fort Worth area locations.

Position Overview:

As a Floating Medical Assistant (MA), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care across multiple locations. You will support our lab services, provide excellent customer service, and assist with phlebotomy, injections, and other medical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Travel to assigned locations in the Fort Worth area as needed
* Perform phlebotomy and administer injections (B12, Flu, etc.)
* Maintain patient records, laboratory logs, testing logs, and ensure proper established protocols for sample collection, handling, and processing
* Provide patients with information and education regarding lab tests and results
* Ensure cleanliness and readiness of equipment and examination rooms

Requirements:

* Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required
* Two years of recent phlebotomy experience
* Ability to work across multiple locations with reliable transportation
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
