ParetoHealth is seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join our team. As a critical member of our Financial Planning and Analysis team, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial functions, including financial analysis, dashboard development, and management reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for key functions, including dashboards and tooling to demonstrate progress against plan.
- Assist in the development of the annual budget and targets for partner organizations.
- Compile data to identify key trends and drivers and communicate the results to senior leadership.
- Assist in the creation of board presentations and ongoing monthly reporting to the Board of Directors.
- Support ad hoc project and information requests in a timely and efficient manner from other finance and/or business partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to articulate and communicate data findings.
- Experience with dashboarding and/or BI tools (Tableau preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities coming from multiple departments.
